POSITION SUMMARY

The HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for the general operation of our Singapore office, wearing multiple hats in handling a wide range of support duties for human resource, general admin support, facilities management, people management. In addition, the HR & Admin Manager plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the company's overall goals and objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following list and may vary during your employment based on the needs and growth of the business, as determined by the Head of HR/ CEO:

Human Resource

· Lead the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making informed hiring decisions

· Facilitate a seamless on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a smooth transition

· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures benchmarked with best practices

· Identify, design, and execute training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee competencies and effectiveness

· Manage compensation and benefits administration, encompassing salary reviews, bonus programs, employee benefits packages, and payroll processing

· Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on various HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions

· Address employee grievances and facilitate conflict resolution to cultivate a positive work environment

· Maintain accurate employee records and HR information systems, ensuring utmost data confidentiality and integrity.

General Administration

· Monitor office supplies inventory and replenish as needed to prevent disruptions in the office operations.

· Support all logistics in scheduling meetings/ recruitment interviews as per requests from different stakeholders.

· Perform periodic analysis for all vendor performance and review their contracts for budget control

· Resource utilization – office hoteling/ travel/ hotel arrangements, conference room management

· Maintain proper documentation and a filing system of tenancy and vendor contracts.

· Ensure Office tidiness & maintain the professional image of the Company

· Liaise with building management on office space items & facilitate regular office maintenance & repairs

· Develop and maintain safety and wellness of employees

· Vendors management including maintenance, mailing, supplies and equipment repairs

Qualifications And Experience

Education

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration or a related field

Experience and Skills

● Minimum 5-7 years' experience in HR and General Administrative roles, preferably in a fintech/ crypto industry

● Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and best practices

● Proven ability to manage HR and General Administrative operations in a dynamic environment

● Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills with a strong attention to details

● Proficiency in HRIS/ payroll system (Times Software)

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a people-first approach

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
