Admin cum HR Manager

- In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin & HR duties.
- Provide administrative support to department's manager as and when required.
- Handle staff insurance and medical issues (claims, work injury compensations, etc)
- Manage office administration.
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process.
- Process work passes application and liase with immigration on foreign workers related matters.
- Assist in managing and controlling employee benefits utilization such as leave, medical benefits as per HR policy & guidelines.
- Preparation of HR department correpondences that includes HR letters.
- Assist in calculating overtime hours.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resource, Business Admin or a related field.
- At least 3 years in human resource role or similar experience.
