Position: Regional HR Manager cum Admin - CK
Job Description
HR:
-Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives on a global scale.
-Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
-Ensure compliance with Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan labor laws and international HR standards.
-Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive work environment.
-Collaborate with global HR teams to drive international HR projects and initiatives.
-Provide guidance and support to managers on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development.
-Manage HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
-Partner with external vendors and stakeholders, including government agencies and recruitment firms, to support HR objectives.
-Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization region.
Admin:
- Administrative support to GM such as coordinating the appointments, meetings, and conferences
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on General Manager's reimbursement and other expenses claims
- Manage office supplies, including ordering and restocking
Job Requirement
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
-Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
-Strong knowledge of Singapore, Hong Kong or Japan employment laws and familiarity with global HR practices will be advantageous
-HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, IHRP) are a plus
