Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

- Able to handle full/partial set of account

- Issue Invoice, purchase order & delivery order.

- Follow up the completeness of all delivery order.

- Assist to prepare monthly financial reports, analysis report etc.

- Work closely with other Project Team to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.

- Handle Progress Claim.

- Submit OA/Order Request/Stock In/Out for Approval.

- Provide administrative support.

- Handle incoming call.

- Any other adhoc as assigned.

- Opportunity to handle full-set of account. Training will be provided.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

Able to read and write Chinese language in order to liaise with HQ (Chinese speaking) accountant.
