Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in roadshows, conduct system demonstration on the use of our online trading and mobile platforms and assisting customers on the account opening.
  • Be well-versed with our products offering such as equities, CFD, LFX, share margin financing, ProsperUs and confidently introduce our product promotions to customers or prospects.
  • Organise in-house seminars/ webinars and workshops to educate potential and existing customers on salient features of our platforms.
  • Handle customer enquiries on their account and platform related issues.
  • Handle and escalate clients' feedback and complaints.
  • Provide excellent service experience to external/internal customers through phone or other communication channels.
  • Adhere to the service level targets, and any other duties as defined/assigned by Manager.

Job Requirement:

  • Able to troubleshoot desktop issues relating to customers' web browsers and operating systems (Apple OS and Microsoft).
  • Service oriented with good communication skills and willing to go the extra mile for customers.
  • Good team player and able to deliver within tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during intense situations.
  • Interest in the financial markets would be an advantage
  • Not necessary but if with experience in a customer care division and handling of online customers would be an advantage.
