The world's second largest entertainment company is on the hunt for a highly-motivated and fun-loving Marketing Executive for Madame Tussauds Singapore (based in Sentosa).

JOB SCOPE

To provide support to the local sales & marketing team in all areas of planning, implementation, and administration of local and regional marketing, in line with brand and trade sector strategies.

KEY OBJECTIVES

  • Support annual site marketing plans, in line with Merlin group marketing plans offering insights into local market opportunities.
  • Responsible for end-to-end management of digital marketing activities including but not limited to social media management, website optimisation, and supporting e-commerce activities for both local and regional projects.
  • Responsible for development and implement a comprehensive social media content plan that aligns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.This includes the creation and management of a content calendar that includes a mix of original, curated, user-generated, tailored to the platforms.
    Monitor and analyse social media performance and contribute suggestions on how to improve content.
  • Support the Head of Sales & Marketing to implement robust product launch plans for all new experiences, which includes public relations, marketing and event management activities.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing team to identify, secure and execute local and regional marketing promotions for the attraction.

Creativity & Communication

  • Creative thinking required for developing new concept and ideas for new product, marketing campaigns, new routes or markets.
  • Clear understanding of brand guidelines.
  • Build relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. other attractions, partners, media, Sentosa marketing team, vendors), and internal stakeholders within the organisation teams (e.g. global Marketing division, Studios, Operations, Finance) to successfully and efficiently deliver on tasks.
  • Ensure clear and engaging communication materials with visitors across all platforms & channels.

Problem Solving & Performance Optimisation

  • Identify efficient and effective solutions to existing or re-occurring cases.
  • Drive all online campaigns and measure ROI to improve performance.
  • Evaluate promotions to understand effectiveness of mechanics.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Essential:

  • Minimum three (3) years relevant working experience.
  • Marketing diploma / degree from recognised education institution.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Well organized and high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Has a track record of strong administrative and time management skills to meet product deadlines.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office in particular, PowerPoint and Excel.
