The Company

Our client, within the technology consulting sector, are seeking to hire a HR cum Payroll Specialist to join their dynamic team.

The Role

You are to assist in managing the full spectrum of day-to-day HR function, with focus on payroll scope and responsibilities include end to end processing of payroll, calculation of wages and taxes, liaising with external vendors to ensure payroll information is accurate, reconciling payroll reports as well as participating in payroll system implementation. Other activities include performing recruitment function which include coordination of interviews to preparation of offer letter, managing work pass application and renewals, administration of staff benefits, etc. There will be ad hoc tasks covering team members on related matters.

Your Profile

You should have a degree/diploma in HR/Business Studies or its equivalent. You are a team player, can work independently, and are well versed in the employment act, bring along with you 5 years of related experience. You should be detailed oriented and have a strong numerical sense.
