Role Overview
As a Training & IT Support Executive, you will provide IT and technical support, manage and maintain company websites, manage and oversee online assessment systems, and handle software subscriptions. The role also involves liaising with vendors, assisting with e-commerce operations, and ensuring smooth technical support for internal and external stakeholders. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with both technology and people.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT & Office Systems Support
- Provide IT support to internal team members, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT equipment, software, and services.
- Assist in the setup and installation of Microsoft 365 accounts and software on new laptops.
- Maintain and ensure the smooth operation of office equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Manage software subscriptions (e.g., Zoom, Adobe, Mentimeter, Mural, Mailchimp, LastPass, Trend Micro).
- Administer and support the office backup system.
2. Website & E-Commerce Management
- Work with external vendors, web hosting providers, and developers to ensure website functionality and security.
- Support website updates, content uploads, and overall website maintenance.
- Manage e-commerce operations, including processing online orders and updating product listings.
3. Online Assessment & Profiling System Support
- Provide administrative and technical support for online profiling systems to internal and external clients.
- Manage online assessment platforms, including purchasing credits, issuing keycodes, and generating reports.
- Work closely with corporate clients and Asian distribution partners to track purchases and ensure smooth assessment processes.
- Operate profiling systems for various international partners
4. Government Tender & Compliance Management
- Manage the Government Tender portal and ensure compliance with submission requirements.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Polytechnic Diploma in any field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset.
