Senior Customer Service Coordinator

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Customer Service Team, delivering excellent service to our esteemed customers, managing data entry and documentation tasks effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional and high-quality customer service experience to all visitors and clients.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Process customer orders and ensure their accuracy.
- Offer active sales support to the field sales and service teams.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services.
- Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations for clients.
- Follow up on after-sales support, including reminder calls and quotation follow-ups.
- Collaborate with key sales personnel to drive specific applications, such as safety products.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
- Training will be provided.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of Salesforce.com and SAP experience is an advantage.
- Able to start immediate or within short notice.
