On behalf of our client in multi Interior Design products we are looking for a Sales Executive. Details are as under:

Responsibilities :

  • Liaising on behalf of the Company with all suppliers and customers to provide information and to address any queries and concerns raised by the suppliers and customers.
  • Preparing and arranging purchase and sales contracts, invoices, permits and other required documents.
  • Handle market samples requests and the distribution of marketing materials.
  • Update and maintain spreadsheets of all the suppliers, confirmations received from them and any changes.
  • Assist in presentations to suppliers/designer as and when required.
  • Drive sales and achieve sales targets as presented by the management.
  • Prepare, present / participate in the presentations to suppliers/designers as directed by the management of the Company
  • Helping for upkeep of the office.
  • Arranging Courier services.
  • Ad hoc duties as may be assigned by the management.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in relevant field
  • Experience in Sales will be advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
