What you'll do

As the Senior New Business Sales Manager, you will drive expansion in South-East Asia (SEA) by identifying and securing new clients through self-prospecting and strategic market engagement. You will develop targeted sales strategies, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions. By analyzing market trends, tracking sales performance, and representing the company at industry events, you will enhance brand visibility and establish a competitive edge in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Identify and implement strategies to penetrate SEA markets effectively. Analyze market
trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the
customer base. Collaborate with marketing to create tailored promotional campaigns for the region.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and
stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, logistics, and customer service teams
to ensure alignment in delivering value to customers and addressing challenges.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present
findings to senior management. Use insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

• Networking: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new business contacts.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in new business development and sales within the SEA exporter market, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.

• Deep understanding of SEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices to drive effective expansion strategies.

• Ability to identify opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans that deliver measurable growth.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to engage, persuade, and build long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

• Proactive and independent approach to prospecting, closing deals, and driving business success in a fast-paced
environment.

• Experience working closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to deliver valuedriven solutions.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional regional languages are a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
