Our Client is an international multimodal transportation Company, currently looking to fill the role of Senior Sales Manager.
- 【 What you will be doing 】- Responsible for Sales / Business Development and account management in growth for Singapore station and, India Sector, Greater China and Hong Kong SAR, Thailand and Vietnam.
- Take on a key leadership role in our company's sales department, overseeing and driving the growth of our freight forwarding services. Your strategic vision, sales expertise, and ability to build and nurture high-performance sales teams will be essential in achieving our business objectives and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and partners.
- Assist the general manager in preparing the company's market research plan and carry out the company's various business markets plan and carry out the company's various business market
- Market analysis, forecasting, competitor intelligence collection and analysis, etc., to collect industry development information;
- Assist the general manager in formulating sales strategies, and assist the general manager in developing, cultivating, maintaining and evaluating the company’s various sales Channels
- Sales management: Organize relevant departments of the company to review customer orders and conduct business negotiations with customers;
- Assist HR to do a good job in the recruitment, training and assessment of departmental employees;
- Lead the team to complete work performance indicators

**Requirement**:

- More than 5 years of experience in the Logistic Sales Industry with at least 2 years experience in Managing a sales team.
- Must have sales experience as an international with all the loan agents.
- Experience in the company making international logistics sales (belonging to the front-end sales of transportation)
- Experience in Third-Party Logistics Project Sales, a third-party logistics partner at that company**English Level**:
