Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

•Oversee the admission process and procedure for all schools and programmes in the following:

oProvide statistics and trend analysis on enrolment and overall student profile

oUpdate and upkeep the college’s website on the application package and information related to the Admissions Office

oReview, update, upkeep, and translate letters and forms from for Admissions Office

oPresent the various academic programs offered by the college on various occasions

oCorrespond with applicants and process new enrollment applications, entry assessments, psychological tests and matriculation.


•Authorized office bearer for ICA matters in the following:

oEnsure all international students are holding valid student passes during the course of study at the College, and keeping abreast of the latest immigration rules and regulations.

oProcess visa, students’ passes, LTSVP for student’s family members


•Any other duties as assigned by supervisor


Qualifications and Experience:

•Singaporean or Singapore PR

•Committed Christian who identifies with the mission of the College

•Diploma or equivalent

•Preferred with at least 2-3 years of working experience in the service industry and administrative work


Knowledge and Skills:

•Good communication and interpersonal skills

•Proficiency in either English or Chinese, or both

•Competent in MS Office and Google applications, and basic internet navigation skills

•Good organizational skills

•Knowledge of good customer service practices


Personal Attributes:

•Responsible, proactive, and meticulous

•People-oriented

•Able to work independently and in a team
