Roles & Responsibilities

We are a boutique CPE registered school, offering classes tailored to both mainstream children and children facing developmental or academic challenges.

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Marketing and Admissions Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the school's enrolment efforts through innovative marketing strategies, effective use of social media, and efficient management of the admissions process.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales/marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract prospective students and families.
  • Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc).
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for student enrolment.
  • Represent the school at educational fairs, open house days, and community events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all digital platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, etc.) to attract and engage prospective families as well as to enhance the school's online presence
  • Monitor social media channels for inquiries and respond promptly to questions and comments.

Enrolment and Admissions:

  • Manage the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment.
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective students and families.
  • Evaluate and process application materials, ensuring all admissions criteria are met.
  • Coordinate with academic and administrative staff to ensure a seamless admissions experience.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective families, educational agents, and partner organizations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure a positive experience for all prospective students and their families.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze enrolment data using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, admissions, or related roles, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
