  • Coordinate on POissuance.
  • Submission of vendors' invoices& supporting documents to account payables
  • Monitor stock availability.
  • Liaisonwith internal stakeholders for delivery arrangement
  • Support sales workflow related request.
  • Prepare delivery & return related forms.
  • Coordinate project equipment list for delivery purpose,serial number update & warranty letter request.
  • Perform Order Entry if required.
  • Anyadhoc duties as assigned by superior.

  • At least GCE 'O'level
  • Minimum 1-year administrativeexperience
  • Proficient in MicrosoftOffice
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Pleasant personality and keen to learn.
  • Team player with good communication skills
