**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage sales opportunities by maintaining a database of sales leads and assisting in scheduling sales engagement appointments for the sales team.
- Collect customer data to support the administration of customer acquisition programs.
- Manage sales activities to achieve sales by providing responses to first-level customer inquiries, preparing information packages and sales kits, and assisting in preparing sales-related documents.
