JOB SUMMARY

To provide administrative support and student recruitment to the International Sales department.


JOB DESCRIPTIONS

  • To work with registered agents of KLCII including handling Agent communications, Agent commission and Agent renewal.
  • To attend enquires through phone, email, walk-in appointments, physical fairs/open house and online course previews both in locally and overseas.
  • To support international sales team by following up on potential students ensure timely submission of Programme registration.
  • To ensure management of Agents are complying to CPE Guidance document.
  • To provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
  • Ensure proper data management and assist in generating operational and sales reports for management reporting and audits.
  • Any other tasks and projects assigned by Assistant Manager - Sales.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Business Studies / Marketing / Mass Communications.
  • Min 2 years’ working experience in related job field.
  • Time management & prioritization skills.
  • Pro-active, meticulous and well-organized individual.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin to handle queries, feedback and concerns from Mandarin speaking associates).
