Job Description:
- Support ops, sales and logistics team in their administrative needs
- Follow through on infleeting and defleeting of fleet vehicles
- Managing fleet administrative matters such as road tax renewal, insurance and traffic fines
- Invoicing and Monitoring of payment status
- Raise PO/DO, capex and other system requirements.
- Assist in the onboarding of new staff including IT and system access
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding billing and payment matters.
- Responsible for tabulation and processing of drivers’ payroll and incentives.
- Preparing reports to customers on project based, i.e. ESG reports Delivery KPIs, Quality & Customer feedback / Control etc.
- Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and warehouse, to ensure smooth operations.
- Collate & prepare reports for monthly management meetings
- Perform full spectrum of administrative support.
- Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of the management.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 2 years of administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
