Job Description & Requirements

Cambridge Advisers is a regulatory compliance and corporate advisory firm based in Singapore, with service coverage across Asia Pacific. Spearheaded by a dedicated team of regulatory specialists formerly from Big 4, top tier banks and MAS, we address the market gap in the need for compliance, governance and dedicated corporate advisory support.

Job Description

  • Provide a full range of corporate secretarial services to clients
  • Provide advice to clients on company incorporation and compliance requirements
  • Incorporation of Singapore companies such as Private Limited Company, VCC, LLP, etc.
  • Filing with ACRA on the changes in particulars (shares allotment, change of officers, address etc.)
  • Ensure regulatory compliance requirements in the corporate secretariat are met
  • Support the department head and MD on regional consulting projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree / Advanced Diploma / Diploma / Graduate of ICSA
  • Associate member of ICSA with at least 2 years' relevant experience in corporate secretarial firms
  • Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good planning and organizing skills
  • Good command of English and Mandarin
  • Exposure to financial industry would be useful

Working Hours: Flexible part-time 12 to 24 hours a week and able to work from home with occassional in-person meetings
