We are seeking a Talent & Culture Partner who will play a pivotal role to shape and implement effective talent, career and culture interventions to elevate the capabilities of our workforce and reinforce our culture to deliver on SPH Media’s strategic imperatives.
As part of this dynamic role, you work closely with the HR team, business stakeholders and external partners to design and implement initiatives to support talent development, career management and cultural initiatives. This includes a focus on talent pipelining, workforce development (scholarships, development centres, career navigation programmes) and culture initiatives (focus groups, surveys).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and manage interventions to identify, develop, and retain talent, enhancing the talent pipeline and building leadership capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their talent needs and align organisation priorities with division-specific interventions.
- Own and project manage the end-to-end journey for talent pipeline programmes, including scholarship initiatives to ensure programme success (branding, applications review, selection, milestones, scholarship payments & budget, documentation and governance)
- Cultivate strong external relationships to reinforce and support employer branding, pipeline, and development efforts.
- Drive analyses and reporting on key Talent & Culture metrics, leveraging insights to assess impact and make recommendations to enhance programs and experiences.
- Implement project management mechanisms using a data-led approach to measure and track the success of talent and culture interventions
- Ideate and design engagement touchpoints to elevate the talent, career, and culture agenda for the organisation’s workforce.
- Design and deliver innovative interventions to embed and reinforce the employee value proposition
- Holistically review talent and culture programmes for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally in areas related to Organisational Development and Talent Management/Development
- Independent, focused, works well across different teams
- Innovative and collaborative mindset with strong business acumen
- Ability to build trust quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, both individual and group
