Under the DHL Supply Chain umbrella, one of the business units of DHL, we provide customized logistics and industry solutions in the areas of supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, value added services, and lead logistics provider services for our customers - helping them deliver better results everyday.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the country's performance management cycle and annual reviews, ensuring a consistent and fair process across the organization.
- Support and drive talent initiatives in alignment with the Learning & Development roadmap, providing guidance and expertise to enhance the development of our employees.
- Manage "Next Gen Talent" at country level and growing the pool of graduate trainees through collaboration with external partners
- Partner with the HRBPs and line managers in facilitating development review sessions, implementing intervention programmes supporting talent mobility and progression within the organization
- Analyze talent data and metrics to keep track of the talent health within the organization
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in succession planning, designing and developing programmes to build future leadership capabilities
- Support the business leaders in succession planning efforts in identifying, grooming and positioning high potential and top performing talents for leadership positions, ensuring a competitive talent pool for next generation of leaders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of HR experience with exposure to talent management, succession planning, talent mobility
- High level of selfinitiative, ability to motivate
- Strong problem solving skills and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
