Concierge for CEO Office

Key Responsibilities:
I. Operational Responsibilities:
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
- Provide concierge services, including restaurant recommendations and reservations
- Assist with special requests from executives and VIP clients
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the CEO's office

II. Hospitality and Guest Service Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages (tea, coffee, etc.) for the CEO and guests
- Arrange and set up meeting rooms for executive meetings
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events
- Greet and assist high-profile visitors and guests
- Apply banquet knowledge for high-level functions
III. Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in high-end hospitality, luxury concierge services, or as a personal assistant to high-net-worth individuals
- Must have banquet knowledge and experience
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking colleagues and guests
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally with high-level executives
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work extended hours when required
- Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Knowledge of business etiquette and protocol
