Finance & Admin Manager

Job Summary:
As an Finance & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day administrative tasks and financial management responsibilities, ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle financial record-keeping and reporting, including financial statement preparation, monthly and annual account closures, support Head Quarter in the provision of accounting report and accounting support. Ensure all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Handle GST filing and annual tax returns.
3. Coordinate with external parties, including auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, bankers and other governing bodies.
4. Manage daily administrative tasks, including document organization, meeting arrangements and minutes, office supplies procurement, etc.
5. Manage HR administrative functions, including employment matters, employees’ personnel records and managing HR documents.
6. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with a background in both administration and finance preferred.
3. Proficiency in MS office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), familiar with financial software and accounting principles.
4. Proficiency in both English and Chinese.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, great interpersonal and communication skills, positive working attitude, ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
