Sales Innovation Manager

My client is a leading airline committed to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions in the aviation industry. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Sales Professional to join our team and drive our trade sales efforts
- Create and implement innovative sales strategies to increase airline passenger sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights, using this information to inform sales strategies.
- Identify and establish partnerships with various organizations, including TMCs, corporations, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and other businesses involved in the distribution and resale of airline tickets, to boost passenger sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners
- Negotiate and manage sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirement
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Understanding of the airline industry, including regulations, market dynamics, and customer needs.
