As our Innovation and Enrolment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding student enrolment, optimising the customer journey, and pioneering innovative solutions that set us apart in the education sector. What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead Growth Initiatives: Drive student enrolment through data-backed strategies, increasing new student sign-ups and retention across multiple centres.
✅ Optimise the Enrolment Process: Implement innovative, efficient systems to streamline onboarding, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall student experience.
✅ Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with our marketing team to generate high-quality leads, boost engagement, and drive enrolment through social media, digital campaigns, and events.
✅ Innovate and Transform: Leverage automation, AI-driven solutions, and new acquisition channels to revolutionise how students and parents interact with our brand.
✅ Enhance Customer Experience: Ensure every prospective student enjoys a smooth, seamless journey—from inquiry to enrolment—by continuously improving processes.
