Senior Admin Officer- Training Division

Roles & Responsibilities
- Submission of documents online to SkillsFuture Singapore for training grants application
- Data entry and submissions of learners' details, training history and grant application into government portals
- Ensure proper online and physical filing of documentations in order to be audit ready
- Coordinate scheduling training classes with centralized training team and trainers
- Enroll learners to classes via the online portal
- Manage incoming training requests, collate, and resolve conflicts
- Manage training attendee communications proactively
- Provide support for trainers and learners for online and in-person classes
Requirements
- PC literate & proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Positive working attitude, willing to learn, have strong sense of responsibility, and good team player
- Proactive, demonstrate good initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
- Salary shall commensurate with qualifications and working experience
- Fast learner, multi-tasker & able to work in fast pace environment
Experience
- Minimum working experience in similar industry of 2 years.
