Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts in [e.g.healthcare, FSI, manufacturing, education].
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth by promoting our portfolio of [enterprise networking/surveillance security solutions].
  • Collaborate with presales, technical, and product teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, addressing concerns, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions.
  • Track sales metrics and report on progress towards revenue and business development goals.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive offerings, and technological advancements in the [enterprise networking/surveillance security] space.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a high conversion rate and client satisfaction.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure smooth deployment and post-sales support for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management in related industry, enterprise networking, surveillance security, etc.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise networking hardware, surveillance security solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at all levels.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles, including working with presales and technical support teams.
