JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be reporting directly to the Manager (Education Department).
Key Job Duties
· Handle hotline calls
· Fulfil general clerical duties such as filing, data entry etc.
· Provide logistical / administrative assistance for workshops/events when needed.
Requirements
· Team player.
· Good customer service.
· Able to cope in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
· Familiar with basic Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel functions.
· Able to learn and to navigate organisation's IT system
· Meticulous, with good attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work done.
