Admin Support Assistant # Clementi

- The admin support assistant is to provide administrative & logistics support at the Staff Room such as finding relief teachers when form or subject teachers are on MC; printing and binding; handling telephone calls; walk-in enquiries; preparation and verification of documents; maintaining and updating of data records.
- Main duty is to attend to teachers and other stakeholders like students, parents and public queries & other general duties as and when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimally must complete PSLE
- ESS Career Readiness Certificate
- At least 3 years' admin experience in school.
- Proficient in IT skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel
- Bilingual with good communication skills
