Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Admin & Curriculum Support Assistant to help organise, format, and manage educational materials. This role does not involve content creation or research—it is primarily focused on administration, formatting, and maintaining structured workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum & Document Support:

  • Format, edit, and organise course materials (worksheets, slides, assessments).
  • Upload, label, and maintain digital files in a structured manner (Google Drive, Notion, LMS).
  • Ensure consistency in fonts, layout, and structure of documents.
  • Print, photocopy, and prepare physical teaching materials as needed.
  • Assist in compiling curriculum packs for teachers.

Administrative Duties:

  • Schedule meetings, classes, and training sessions.
  • Track deadlines for curriculum updates and remind the team accordingly.
  • Assist in simple data entry and record-keeping for curriculum files.
  • Communicate with teachers and staff regarding material distribution.

General Support:

  • Perform other simple administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Assist with minor logistics (e.g., arranging materials, setting up classrooms).

Ideal Candidate:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin, Education, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of admin experience (education industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong organisational skills – able to manage multiple files and schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Attention to detail – enjoys formatting and structuring documents neatly.
  • Reliable and proactive – able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Familiarity with basic design tools (Canva, PowerPoint) for simple visuals.
  • Experience using LMS (Google Classroom, Notion, or any file management system).
