Job Description
- Working as part of the Hotel Asset Management team to facilitate the Front Office Operations of a Hotel
- Matrix Reporting to the Asset Manager and Hotel Operations - Front Office Manager.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office team, including check-in/checkout, guest services, and staff scheduling.
- Coordinate emergency response efforts, including fire drills and guest evacuations.
- Facilitate seamless communication between departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth transitions between shifts through detailed handover reports.
- Oversee the nightly audit process to verify financial transactions and prepare daily reports.
- Build strong relationships with guests, providing exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally, seeking solutions to exceed expectations.
- Implement strategies to maximize revenue, such as upselling and room inventory control.
- Provide coaching and guidance to improve staff work performance
- Manage emergency situations
- Record and report all unusual events to the Management
- Other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
