Service Contract Officer

Responsibilities:
- To set up new machines or ITS contracts
- To generate and send out contract renewal letters
- To follow up and monitor customer's reply for contract renewal
- To renew service contract in system
- To attend to customer's request regarding transfer, termination, extension of contracts (FSA)
- To generate monthly contract renewal report
- To track contract renewal %
- To compile reasons on why customers do not renew the contract
- To generate EOL report and group by customer segmentation
- To assist in customer loyalty/retention program
- To perform updates on service contract in system
- To perform other duties as requested by Management
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O Level.
- Preferably 1 year relevant working experience.
- Must be proficient in office applications.
