Dropsuite is seeking a Global Head of Human Resources to join our executive team and lead our people strategy. In this critical role, you will partner closely with (and report to) the CEO and other key leaders to shape Dropsuite's HR strategy and drive its execution. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function for our growing and highly engaged global team.


We're looking for a proven leader with a blend of strong leadership and execution skills and deep HR knowledge. You will develop and implement tactical and strategic HR initiatives that would fuel Dropsuite's continued growth on a global scale.

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Hybrid work model
  • Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
  • Eligible to reside and work in Singapore
  • The ability to travel internationally is required


Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and implement Dropsuite's overall people strategy.
  • Lead the People Operations team across all HR functions
  • Enhance and monitor HR policies and processes to support business objectives.
  • Develop, implement and drive office management policies and processes to optimize efficiency, productivity and employee satisfaction.
  • Partner cross-functionally to address day-to-day needs to keep the pulse of the organization
  • Help Shape and steward our company culture and values
  • Anticipate HR trends and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance with laws and regulations


Qualifications and Competencies

  • Proven track record in an HR leadership role
  • Strong expertise across most core functions, such as Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Compliance.
  • Demonstrated track record in driving strategic initiatives through the organization, influencing key stakeholders/executives and cultivating trusting relationships in the workplace.
  • Experience extending HR support in a global (or, at least, regional setting) across disparate business functions and diverse cultural needs.
  • Experience working with technical and non-technical teams is highly desired
  • Expert consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation
