Our client is an established global integrated logistics service provider with presence across Asia Pacific. To support its continued business growth, it is now seeking to appoint an interim Head of Human Resources to for its Asia Pacific operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting into head office, this is a great opportunity to be part of an internationally established business, leading its Asia Pacific HR division. Managing a regional team, you will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, HRIS, employee engagement and relations, and culture. You will contribute to global HR transformation initiatives to deliver HR best practices and operational excellence, in alignment with the company's innovation and growth agenda.

Requirements

You are a dynamic human resources leader with relevant Singapore and regional experience, ideally gained in logistics, transportation or industrial / B2B sectors, in major multinationals. You have experience in partnering senior regional leaders of diverse nationalities in managing the people agenda. You have deep HR domain expertise across HR policies, the entire employee lifecycle HR operations, HR governance, and delivering HR solutions for both white and blue collared workers. You are commercial and operationally hands on, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
