Roles & Responsibilities

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for contract review of various projects and handles all contractual matters of the company
  • Drafts contractual correspondence and develops, plans and implements a good tender
  • Coordinates with Clients on commercial matters
  • Examines billings, data and eligibility for compliance with terms and contracts
  • Handles complaints and disputes by negotiating settlement agreements or by cancelling or terminating contracts
  • Ensures all RFQ’s technical, regulatory and commercial compliance are met and check through prior tender bid submission
  • Undertakes any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by CEO

 2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

  • Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in business management or any related course.

  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field
