Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Maintenance Team and the station staff to monitor performance of the ticketing kiosks.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting on the ticketing kiosks when required.
  • Compiling fault data for ticketing kiosks and generate reports.
  • Verify data from maintenance team to ensure data accuracy and improve the ease of understanding.
  • Assist in all systemwide software deployment and post-software deployment activities to all ticketing kiosks.
  • Generate backend reports of the ticketing kiosks for investigation purposes.
  • Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to record details of fault troubleshooting.
  • Supports all ticketing kiosks and Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstation-related tasks (such as updating station layout drawing).

Requirements:

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Ms. Excel.
  • Possesses high accuracy in processing information.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, positive, and able to work independently.
  • Able to work independently and in a team in a challenging environment.
