Technical Support Officer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Maintenance Team and the station staff to monitor performance of the ticketing kiosks.
- Perform remote troubleshooting on the ticketing kiosks when required.
- Compiling fault data for ticketing kiosks and generate reports.
- Verify data from maintenance team to ensure data accuracy and improve the ease of understanding.
- Assist in all systemwide software deployment and post-software deployment activities to all ticketing kiosks.
- Generate backend reports of the ticketing kiosks for investigation purposes.
- Create Work Orders in the Maintenance Management System (MMS) to record details of fault troubleshooting.
- Supports all ticketing kiosks and Monitoring Control Console (MCC) workstation-related tasks (such as updating station layout drawing).
Requirements:
- NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Ms. Excel.
- Possesses high accuracy in processing information.
- Self-motivated, proactive, positive, and able to work independently.
- Able to work independently and in a team in a challenging environment.
