Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Support Officer to join our dynamic team, responsible for providing critical support in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation of enterprise systems that operate 24x7.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering;
- At least 2 years of experience in IT Technical Support, specializing in Windows Server Management/Administration (Server 2019) and Windows Operating System;
- Proficient in MS Office applications;
- Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently;
- Ability to support technical change management processes, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders;
- Consistently adheres to standard operating procedures and corporate standards;
- Willingness and availability to work on shifts;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to work well with cross organizational teams.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with network and security systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, swiftly addressing issues to minimize downtime;
- Handle software problems with devices, servers, networks, and security systems;
- Conduct regular checks, apply updates, and create performance reports;
- Support users with login issues, password resets, and access-related queries to ensure smooth and secure access to systems and resources;
- Work with teams to improve system functionality and user experience;
- Generate reports based on system performance and user requirements;
- Identify recurring issues and suggest solutions to prevent future problems and improve performance.
