  • 5 days work week
  • Location: Mandai / AMK (North)
  • Basic $2600 - $4300
  • Bonus provided


Job Scope:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Assist in work pass application/cancellation
  • Track on worker's attendance record
  • Keep track of employee information and documents.
  • Assist with employee benefits and ensure accurate payroll.
  • Manage attendance and leave requests.
  • Share and update HR policies with employees.
  • Support employee training and growth.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Generate reports on HR data and trends.
  • Help organize events to boost employee morale.
  • Manage the departure process for leaving employees.
  • Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.
  • Assist in organizing companies events
  • Assist in office administrative function
  • Assist accounting department
  • Ad-hoc task as assigned


Job Requirement:

  • Diploma in HR/Business or any equivalent studies
  • At least 2 years relevant HR experience
