Operations Manager - Pest Control

Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee our pest control operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control operations, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Oversight:

Manage day to day operataions, including scheduling, routing and dispatching technicians.

2. Team Management:

Supervise and mentor teams of pest control technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.

3. Customer Service:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, responding promptly to customers concerns and resolving issues efficiently.

4. Quality Control:

Monitor and enforce quality control standards, ensuring compliance with NEA regulations and company protocols.

5. Safety And Compliance:

Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for technicians and customers.

6. Inventory Management:

Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste.

7. Performance Metrics:

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), indentifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

8. Budgeting And Cost Control:

Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.

9. Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure compliance with the relevants laws, regulations, and industry standards.

10. Continuous Improvement:

Identify sales opportunities, implementing changes that enhance opertional efficiency and customers satisfaction.

11. Ability:

Ability to effectively close sales and lock in revenue growth, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through persuasive communication, strategic relationship-building, and needs-based solution selling.

Requirements

1. Industry Experience:

5+ Years of experience in pest control sales and operations.

2. Leadership Skills:

Proven leadership and team management experience, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Pest Control Knowledge:

Very strong understanding and knowledge of pest control principles, practices and regulations.

4. Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, indentify trends and make informed decisions.

5. Problem Solving Skills:

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customers issue.

6. Time Management:

Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
