Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:


HRIS Implementation:

  1. Support HR Director throughout the implementation process.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  3. Create and update project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Customize HRIS to align with organizational requirements.
  5. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and provide training and support.
  6. Implement change management strategies for widespread adoption.
  7. Act as the main point of contact for HRIS queries post-implementation.

Compensation and Benefits Management:

  1. Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
  2. Conduct benchmarking and analysis to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  3. Deploy strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  4. Offer guidance and assistance to HR teams and managers on compensation matters.

Data Management and Reporting:

  1. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality within the HRIS.
  2. Generate and assess HR metrics and reports.
  3. Create dashboards and analytics to track key performance indicators.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in HRIS implementation and management, preferably in a managerial capacity.
  • Proficient understanding of HRIS systems, encompassing configuration, customization, and integration with other platforms.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulatory standards.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, reporting, and presentation of HR metrics.
  • Outstanding project management, communication, and leadership abilities are essential.
