Job Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement comprehensive sales strategies to expand market reach and secure new projects in electrical subcontracting and renovation design.
- Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales targets that align with the company's mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Identify and nurture new client opportunities, delivering tailored solutions to meet specific project requirements.
- Conduct detailed market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities within the construction and renovation sectors.
- Provide regular reports to management, including actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the company's market position.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts to guide resource allocation and strategic planning.
- Draft detailed proposals and contracts that clearly outline project scope, terms, and expectations, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Monitor project delivery to ensure it meets or exceeds client expectations, reinforcing Rope Tech's reputation for excellence.
- Represent Rope Tech at trade shows, industry conferences, and networking events to promote the company's services if needed.
- Build partnerships and establish the company's presence as a leader in specialized construction services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and craft effective strategies.
- A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of electrical systems and renovation design is a plus.
