Summary
Drive business success by leveraging HR expertise to navigate complex environments and develop tailored solutions. Spearhead the HR & Admin function to deliver exceptional support and foster a high-performing culture, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations while optimizing organizational performance through strategic HR leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver strategic HR guidance and support to senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement workforce planning strategies, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Identify capability gaps and develop plans to address them, fostering a future-ready organization.
- Coach and support managers in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Design and implement employee experience programs to boost motivation, well-being, and retention, enhancing the employer brand.
- Lead organizational design and development initiatives to optimize structure, talent, and culture.
- Develop and deliver strategic interventions to accelerate leadership growth and drive a high-performance culture.
- Foster a culture of talent development and succession planning, ensuring future leadership bench strength.
- Lead a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional HR services and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of regional HR experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex, dynamic situations.
- Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, including the Employment Act.
