They are looking for:

  • HR Director

Job Scope:

  • Partner with management to deliver annual Human Resources initiatives and business- driven organizational and people strategies, as defined in annual planning cycles
  • Lead organization effectiveness, org design/development, succession, and workforce planning for Singapore business
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition and managers to hire, onboard and assimilate talent to fulfill growing business needs
  • Coach leaders to optimize high-performing teams and leverage shared services to address employee relations issues
  • Lead, coach and communicate effectively to build strong relationships to successfully manage performance of Singapore HR team
  • Establish effective working relationships with regional HR leaders and teams to ensure successful talent and rewards strategies

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or Master holder
  • Relevant HR working experience in MNC is a must
