What you would be exposed to?


1. End-to-end Recruitment:

  • Collaborate with Senior Recruiters to identify potential candidates that would match clients’ requirements
  • Screening and shortlisting candidates who meet job requirements and arranging interviews between candidates and clients
  • Preparation of Letter of Agreement for candidates and collection of onboarding documents from candidates

2. Candidate Engagement:

  • Build and maintain positive recruitment experience with candidates by providing candidates clear communication on job expectations required for the roles and timely feedback on their job application status

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with TAFEP guidelines and other relevant employment regulations throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and recruitment metrics for reporting and analysis purposes

4. Employer Branding:

  • Gather and analyse feedback from candidates to continually enhance the recruitment process
  • Assist in Employer Branding Project to increase brand awareness among job seekers

Requirements

  • Possess at least Diploma, preferably in human resources or business-related fields.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and willing to learn
  • Candidate must be able to commit for at least 5 to 6 months for the internship.
