Established in 2007, Print Lab has become a dynamic one-stop print agency and is the largest Offset / Large Format Print Agency in Singapore. From a small two-man team occupying less than 300 sq ft of space, we have now grown into Singapore's largest print agency with staff strength of more than 100 and an office space of more than 30,000 sq ft. We provide state-of-the-art print solutions, top quality concept creation, innovative design, fabrication, installation at premium service levels. Serving global MNCs and luxury labels is only possible with a dynamic and pro-active workforce. We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team and have the following position(s)to fill:
We are looking for a coordinated individual who is able to organize the traffic between the client, suppliers and ourselves, handling all things administrative. If you think you have the ability to multitask, have amazing common sense and the determination to excel, then we have a position for you. Unlike a regular administrative post, this job requires you to step up and take on a more empowered role in providing our team with the backing they need.
Job Scope:
- Responsible for monthly customer aging report & tracking of all outstanding accounts
-Responsible in daily collection & data entry into the accounting system
-Data entry of invoices, ensure all records are in proper in the system
- Liaise with various departments to obtain the supporting documents
- Handle incoming & outgoing phone calls, courier services, vendors & suppliers
- Support finance department on the month end closing, year-end/audit closing
-Process and organize invoices to ensure bills are paid and received in a timely manner
-Assist to liaise with bank for banking matters
-Filing and other administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Open to rotation of duties in the Finance department when required
Requirements:
-A POSITIVE ATTITUDE (We value individuals with a positive attitude over experience anytime)
-Min GCE O level (or at least basic common sense)
-Able to handle full set of accounts as we provide career advancement within the department
-1-2 years of audit/accounting experience
-Good communication skills and able to handle customers with confidence
-Preferably able to converse effectively in both English and Mandarin (we have Chinese suppliers)
-Proficient in MS Office
- Able to work independently and resourcefully
-Able to commit to overtime when required
