Roles & Responsibilities

Job requirements:

1. Connect potential channel customers in the Southeast Asia market. Expand the customer network, conduct business negotiations, and implement cooperation matters.

2. Provide sales support for existing customers. Cooperate with the internal team to complete sales work.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team. Implement various marketing and brand activities to expand the brand's influence.

4. Empower channels. Sort out excellent sales cases, speech techniques, and SOP. Train sales staff of all channels to boost sales conversion.

5. Coordinate with distributors to open brand stores or exclusive sales areas in retail stores.

6. Assist the director in setting up the local team and expanding business cooperation in Singapore.

7. Carry out other tasks assigned by the director.

Qualifications:

1. A master's degree in the intersection of engineering and management. A bachelor's degree may be considered.

2. Have profound insights into acoustic technology, bone conduction technology, binaural technology, and related industries.

3. Have 6-8 years of headphone industry management experience and a proven track record in a leadership role.

4. Require experience in sales and marketing positions. Business development experience is a plus.

5. Possess a proven track on interpersonal skills and people relations, such as human resource experience.

6. Due to project collaboration with Chinese colleagues, fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required.

7. Have experience in a multi - cultural work environment.

8. Heavily travelling within Southeast Asia and China is expected.
