**Requirements**:

- Possess at least 5 years of experience in sales of flavour and fragrance and/or food industries.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification in Business Administration/Business Management & Marketing.
- Desired Skills and Experience: Sales Management/Business Development/Pricing/Customer Service/People Management Experience/Sales Growth/Interpersonal Skills/Strategy/Food Processing/Forecasting/Coaching/FMCG/Channel/Budgeting/Financial Acumen/Microsoft Word/Training Needs Analysis

**Job Responsibility**
- Lead the sales/marketing division in Singapore.
- Coordinate with sales/marketing teams from different countries in the Asia Pacific region such as Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia for servicing local clients and monthly sales report submission etc.
- Provide customer service / maintain existing key customer accounts.
- Create new client accounts from different countries, especially new market regions.
- Increase sales volume in the Asia Pacific region.
