Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support site team and act as liaison to HQ HR & Project team.
  • General administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning and other document control and preparation.
  • Collaborate with HQ to register statutory courses for workers and engineers. Example Safety Induction Course (SIC) and other related site pre-requisite courses for all site personnel including applying for airport passes not limited to sub-contractors if any.
  • Monitor all site personnel training is up-to-date.
  • Update and maintenance proper filing system (HR) to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner.
  • Ensure stationery and pantry supplies are adequately stocked by ordering when required.
  • Work closely with all the sites in-charge.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
  • Liaison with HQ HR in terms of timesheet & leave management and other movement matters
  • Support purchasing in terms of DO, PO monitoring etc.
  • Communicate with the internal warehouse, colleagues, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Keeping track of relevant documents from subcontractors and statutory documents from the Authorities.
  • Arrange incoming shipments to be received and carry out all project related documentations.
  • Perform ad hoc admin & project related tasks as assigned.
