This is a hybrid work arrangement
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Monthly payroll processing ensuring compliance with local regulations
- Manage work passes application, renewal and cancellation
- Handle recruitment process, employment contracts, employees onboarding and offboarding process
- Claims management and processing
- Other adhoc duties/projects assigned
Finance Responsibilities
- Prepare Tax Invoice and quotations
- Monitor accounts receivables collection and tracking
- Work with outsourced service providers, auditors, and corporate secretary for annual filing in compliance with regulatory requirements
Admin Responsiblities
- Provide admin support on site and off site such as arranging of courier, main point of contact with landlord and running errand to the bank for authorization document where needed.
- Other adhoc admin duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in HR or Finance
- Able to work independently and autonomously with good problem-solving skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment
- Availability to start immediately/short notice is preferred
