Roles & Responsibilities

  • Maintain full set of accounts.
  • Ensures that the accounting database is maintained accurately, and all relevant internal reports are prepared on a timely basis. You will also be responsible for fundamental accounting functions (bank, cash, authorization controls) including journal preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Monitor fund movement through bank reconciliation
  • Maintain proper records of assets of the Organization
  • Provides timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts, investigating variances, correcting errors where necessary
  • Prepare and update Financial Reports & schedules for accounts for audit
  • Liaising with external auditors for the audit of annual financial statements
  • Assist in submission of financial and regulatory reporting on accounts and governance issues to IRAS
  • Prepare and submission of Quarterly GST
  • Prepare daily & weekly payroll & advances to Security Officers
  • Prepare monthly balance salary to Security Officers
  • Prepare tax clearance for resigned foreign employees
  • Prepare e-submission of employment income for all employees
  • General Admin duties assigned, ad-hoc assignment and any other tasks as assigned by Director
  • 6 days work per week (able to help with urgent payment at night and on Sunday)
